The architectural firm AECOM, designed the use of the sunshades to not only offer a translucent glow during dusk and dawn, but to also provide an interesting array of shadows across the building as the sun sweeps by throughout the day.

Corian(r) Exteriors will allow some diffused light transmission, depending on color. In general, solid light colors such as white and beige are the most translucent, and dark colors are the least translucent. The Corian(r) Illumination Series has been specifically designed with more translucency than the standard colors. Special considerations for these materials are described in the Corian(r) Illumination Series Fabrication Bulletin.
